You can get FREE NATIONAL CALLING for one hour at a time which then costs 20c p/min after that... or just hang up before the hour is up to avoid paying the per minute charge.  Or you can select FREE 60 CARRY OVER MINUTES.  The carry over minutes don't expire for a whole year and can be used to call 85 destinations including New Zealand mobile phone numbers.
