I made a mistake of switching to MyRepublic without checking their reviews. They made a whole lot of errors from the beginning of the contract.
I have asked for a connection 30 days after placed the order, but they went ahead and started connection in 5 days. So I ended up paying for both ISPs :(. Worst internet ever. No reliable connection, it is ALWAYS dropping and can't use the internet for anything. Have asked for a new modem but still the same bad connection. Paying the earlier termination fee as it is not worth having a deal if it does not work.

Have been with MyRepublic for over 12 months. They have always been very quick to support. Recommend

Seriously caled me a complainer because my superfast internet is super slow and im on. 2 yr contra t waiting formit to finish so i can find another provider. Today they threatened to cut me iff for owing 41$ which 25$ of that will be paid today. So going to cut me off iver $15 i cant wait to end my contract

Was good offer at the time I took up the offer 2.5 years $99 for unlimited 100/20 with landline, free router. Now with so many companies offering cheaper deals, I have asked them to to offer me higher speed so I stay with them, no real offers were made, was just asked to pay the normal any new customer would Pay $129.. probably will switch to higher speed 1000/500 for this price soon

Speeds are not as promised. Support staff are rude and trying to resolve an issue is almost impossible
They are cheap
Support is non existent
No coherent chain of command
