No support despite numerous attempts to contact them. Three 'scheduled" help contact calls failed to happen. No support at all.

Had no issues with Orcon for 2 years then took up their Gigantic Gigabyte plan and it has been hopeless. Chorus have checked speed to house and all good. Orcon ISP service has taken a major leap backwards. This is so dumb it is unbelievable.
Tech desk have been responsive
But speaking to them 3 times a week doing re-sets and tests is not what I signed up for
Mostly less than 500Mbps on ethernet cable, which on a good day gives you about 150/200Mbps on wireless.

I was with Orcon previously and I already know their capability.
Faster than what we used with TrustPower previously as we upgraded from ADSL to VDSL.

Terrible service. Internet goes down about once per day and landline goes down every month or so. Customer service not at all interested in fixing it.

Horrible internet always picks when it wants to work, for 90 dollars a month not worth it at all. When I contact orcon they tell me to run a few tests sorry isn’t having working internet what I’m paying orcon for? I feel like I shouldn’t have to run tests to get our internet working, should be working all the time for that price.
Occasionally working internet....
Over priced, not reliable internet.
