$125 for vdsl and a mobile on the $39.99 plan what sticks in my craw is the 20c per call to your voicemail for the mobile.
Works network was ok not too bad for VDSL
comes down to what the cost is

Very good service but poor customer service, been with Spark for 5 years as a loyal customer but did not want to retain me as customer when I asked to get some good deals, was told that i can switch to other provider

I felt that Spark was very high priced and that was the reason I wanted to change providers. Whenever I went into their Dunedin office with a question, there were long line ups waiting to be served and I never had the time to wait.
They were quite reliable, but you had to wait for service.

Expensive. Customer service appalling. In three months. I've had to spend 8 hours on the phone with them to sort out continual issues with billing. Torrents were really slow.
No stoppage in service.

Hard to get hold of and local store, not a great deal of help.
