The worst product and service possible.
In a fair world this provider would be out of business and facing court for not fulfilling contract
Cannot provide what they promise and outsource their support, so the customer cannot access assistance that can be understood.

Often get dumped out when trying to use.
have all services under one account e.g. telephone, internet etc.,
not allowed fibre even though it passes our gate, wireless doesn't work in our house.

The service i currently have, is what It is for our area, i am open to other options, i welcome better service, better deals i would definitely consider changing at this point
Is what it is! we need a new competitor to our area
Have to wait for return calls when there is a concern, and sometimes can be from, an off shore call center Phillippines / South Africa who i find more helpful than local sometimes.
