AWFUL!!! I switched from slingshot to unlimited and have had nothing but connection issues and terrible internet ever since
it was cheap!!
unreliable and drives me nuts ....the amount of time I've wasted trying to get it sorted has made it a very expensive mistake to have switched.

cost effective monthly charges with no data cap, no contract

Paid,waited,then told connection not available in my area after they said it was available.told refunds are only done once a month next due date was 13 days away.15 days later called for an update told the same thing I was told 13 days earlier....2 to 4 weeks wait and don't know who told you it would be processed in 13 days.funny thing it's bn the same and only person to ever answer everytime I've called.who told me she said hmmm.i asked to speak to Sumone else maybe the mana ...read more

The speed from Client to Provider is very slow. ADSL - is less 0.2 Mb/s. Speed from Provider to client -s 8 Mb/s. It is impossible to watch anything. Useless support

I signed up for VDSL connection. The speeds are terrible, slower than normal ADSL. Also when you go to use the Internet for the first time on any given day, it takes about 1-2minutes for the internet to come up.. after that it is okay, but its annoying waiting for what should be an instant always-on service. worst customer experience of my life.
the price, and the customer service agents were really good - but considering how the facebook comments page has been disabled i imagine they are very practiced in "damage control"
