Not bad out of a terrible bunch of providers to choose from. good communicationm when chorus botched up the install howewver little support on their website. Shame no way of knowing when there are line issues when you only have internet - i.e.: no phone to phone help loine but all providers are the same.
Ridiculous that Fibre is the cheapest but not available and we pay more for a lesser service....
Better pricing than others, generall overall happy
not alot of help support on their website.... we arent all it experts when your wifi drops out regularly....

Internet runs ok usually but still jams up at peak times , Why do we still have such hopelessly slow internet ,
I lose horrific amount of time with slow internet. NOT GOOD ENOUGH . this is the 21st century so why do we still have third world internet even in affluent towns such as Wanaka

I joined with unlimited internet just before christmas as they have a no contract deal. Although stated on their website at join up I was unware that the property I had moved into required a $150 switch on fee. As this no longer made them the 'cheapest in town' I rang to discuss then quit the contract. Switched to Unlimited from 2degrees to get more plan choice, in particular 100/100.
Good price, unlimited data cap and no term contract.
Bit slow on responding to support queries, hate their port filtering policy, and downstream speeds less than with 2degrees and pretty variable, ranging from 45Mbps to 85Mbps. 2degrees was consistently around 95Mbps.

Terrible speed (nearly unusable) and no real help from the support, just: "Well it should be faster, let us charge you $200$ for telling you that's most probably your fault". My internet suppose to to be around 15 Mbps - it's usually around 2,5 Mbps (that varies depending on time of the day!) Uploads ~0,5 Mbps!
I would like to say it's cheap, but price is comparable to anything else on the market so I can't.

Great ISP. I switched to them because it is no-contract no-datacap and super cheap.
The service runs great - not a single outage in a year. It does exactly what it says on the tin.
Sometimes takes a few minutes for a calls to them to be answered.
