nobody there communicates with each other, pricing and discounts we were promised were never applied, had to ring so often to get them done that we gave up. internet cuts out at least twice a day, very unreliable but they say they wont do anything unless it cuts out more often cos that's not considered a problem!

After well over a decade with Vodafone their recent behaviour has been nothing short of appalling.
Having had years of incredibly slow ADSL service they promised to give me a rural mobile connection. Except there’s no signal. I tried for hours trying to get thru’ to explain this and only suffered prolonged exposure to their dreadful musak. At no time did they make contact and, in the meantime, cut off my ADSL connection. So over Vodafone, I do not recommend them. They offer deals and don't honour them and customer service is abysmal...please use anyone else other than Vodafone

The worst broadband provider I have ever encountered!!!! They have terrible customer service and the internet was so intermittent it kept dropping out and when we did have a connection it was 20mps when it was supposed to be 200mps. All together rubbish!!!!!

Really unhappy with the company who laid fibre to my house.Missed appointments.Poor communication.I had no phone for a week as the installer had gone to Auckland.Eventually got a local Chorus technician to fix it.Installers misled both myself and Vodaphone with regard to appointments.I ended up in an arguement with a Vodaphone call centre about wether fibre was available to my address.They had sent me a card promoting its availability,the call centre claimed it wasnt availabl ...read more
Definitely better speed
Getting fibre installed see above .Cost isnt much different from what I was paying before.Changing my email address hacked me off.Less service same cost.

Was ok supplier, but I ditched them when they cancelled my Clearnet E-mail acct. What a pain in the arse that is!
Ok supplier- no real issues
Service centre is in Malaysia or somewhere, the workers there are on like $1 per day- slave labour.

Poor customer services, they just keep transferring your calls to different department s if you have problems and are very rude, lot expensive when compared to other providers
They offer discount if you have phone on plan
Broadband speed is not reliable,its never stable and more expensive than other providers

OK Provider, no major issues - but only stayed with them to keep my email address (which I had for years)
Call answering time has got a lot faster in recent times
