I 'acquired' Voyager when the company bought out Actrix (which has provided me with years of faultless service). At the same time I switched to UFB. Both were a disaster. The fibre has never come up to the capacity of my previous VDSL and I have a worse internet connection than pre-fibre. Continuous drop-outs, connection difficulties (unless almost sitting on top of the modem). Voyager have not been able to offer any solutions, or been particularly interested. Confusing setup after being advised Fibre was ok then not.
Application started March 1st...final connection ADSL/VDSL May 3rd.

Got on via Actrix following takeover of Actrix by Voyager. Still deal with excellent Actrix help desk. With phone and landline included. Retained all my email addresses.
Faster (up to 120 Gbs), cheaper ($40/month).

I was an Actrix customer (until taken over by Voyager) and nominally remain an Actrix customer of 17 years.

Had to transition from Actrix for my elderly father a process which was a nightmare occuring drip by drip over a period of weeks. Then when my father passed away insisted on charging for a 30 day notice period and sent out a courier envelope with the address label the worng way around....even tried to remove one of those
Reliable internet which did what it said on the box
Poor support from what seems to be a very fragmented organisation. Long waiting times when calling

I was with Actrix. Voyager is somehow involved. I was offered the opportunity to upgrade to VDSL both by email and by direct phone contact. The offer to change to VDSL promised:
Free upgrade to VDSL
Includes modem rental
Includes upgrade to unlimited data (no more worries about your monthly data cap)
It won't cost any more than your current monthly plan which was around $95 on 5/9/17 for the period 5/9/17-5/10/17

Ben with Voyager (business) unlimited UFB since it was available in our area. It's reliable and fast, but mainly they are just so easy to deal with.

Have been with Actrix (now subsumed by Voyager) for 17 years. The quality of service desk support is amazing - very technically able, with great problem solving ability. I just wish folk would see beyond familiar brands and price to an organization that will really help if something goes wrong.
