We've got an excellent RBI signal strength but the speeds are regularly 2MBpS or less - Don't touch this company. The problem is at there end of the service - and that service dead useless!

This provider has been great to work with. They helped out when we made a blunder with our usage,(or fault not theirs) and prevented us from racking up a huge bill.
Pros:
Instant reaction when there is a query or issue. Can be used almost anywhere when plugged into 12volt or power. We take it with us in the motor home, so very portable.
Cons:
Only place we had no internet was Hasst, but I understand that has now been remedied.

VoIP phone good. Better than spark copper wire as no electric fence clicks. Broadband speed not the fastest and often can't stream Netflix. Had trouble at first when technician had the outside box(?) pointing to the wrong tower.
Pros:
Good support most of the time.
Cons:
Expensive. We are paying$137most months for broadband and phone.

Have just been required to change the satellite connection because of previous satellite becoming out of use.
Pros:
The efforts of the ISP/installer during change-over were adequate.
Cons:
Compared to landline connections, satellite broadband is very expensive and users are held to ransom when satellite is the only connection type available.

Internet is quite good for apartments which could not be connected to the wire internet such as Empire Apartment. But if you can use wire internet it is much better in terms of speed and stability

Do not need wire to connect to the Internet provider.
Cons:
May be set only near the Internet provider Tower.
